O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2020 submitted for seeking necessary action to quash the suspension order dated 29.08.2020 passed by the President, (In-Charge) of the TND 145 Koogaiyur Co-Op Milk Producers Society, the 5th respondent herein as the same was passed without following mandatory norms and principles of natural justice.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the fifth respondent submitted that the suspension which is the subject matter of challenge in the writ petition, has already been revoked and the petitioner is allowed to resume in work.

3. The above fact has also been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
