This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order in W.P. No.16939 of 2019, dated 25.09.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents /contemnors, submitted that the order of this Court in W.P. No.16939 of 2019, has been complied with vide Proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Tiruvallur, dated 23.11.2020 and the approval for appointment of the petitioner has been rejected.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission as well the aforesaid Proceeding, this contempt petition is closed.
