] This petition is filed to record the death of the 1st appellant and to bring on record the 2nd petitioner herein, namely Kamalam, as the 3rd appellant in the appeal.

2.It is now reported that the 2nd petitioner herein, namely Kamalam, had also died on 27.07.2019.

3.Therefore, this petition is not necessary and the same is closed.
