ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in FIR No.92 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the respondent Police, on completion of investigation in Crime No.92 of 2020, filed a charge sheet before the Juvenile Court, Kellys and the same was taken on file as J.C.No.282 of 2021 on 22.09.2021. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing further survives for adjudicating the criminal original petition and the same is, accordingly, closed.
