O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 30.10.2019, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the cancellation of assignment patta issued in favour of the 3rd respondent.

2. Mr. G.Rajesh, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent had already fixed the date for enquiry on 28.12.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry after giving an opportunity to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and shall pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
