O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in FIR No.469 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police for the offences under Section 379 of IPC.

2. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered for the alleged offence u/s. 379 IPC for snatching 12 sovereigns of gold chain by the accused. However, the case was closed as undetectable one as early as on 19.03.2015 and a copy of the charge sheet has also been sent to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that whenever the petitioner enquired about the status of the case, the respondent police informed that the enquiry is pending and further she was not issued any referred charge sheet notice till date.

4. Considering the above submissions made by the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to issue a copy of the referred charge sheet notice in Crime No.469 of 2014 within a period of two weeks to the petitioner. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
