The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 45 days in preferring the Crl.RC.SR.No.32232 of 2019 against the order in Crl.A.No.70 of 2018 on the file of the III Additional Session Judge, Salem.

2. Notice has been served to the 1st respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list. However, none appeared for the 1st respondent.

3. The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition are satisfied. Hence, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the condone delay petition is ordered.
