ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to admit the petitioner in the B.Com (Commerce Group) for the Academic Year 2018-2019 in the second respondent-College.
2. When the Writ Petition came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that fresh Community Certificate, dated 13.07.2018, copy of which had been produced by the petitioner in the typed set of papers filed along with the Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Petition, which has been issued by the authority and the name of the petitioner/candidate is rightly mentioned therein. Based on the said Community Certificate that will be produced by the petitioner before the college authorities, her candidature shall be considered for pursuing B.Com (Commerce Group).
3. Hence, nothing further survives for consideration in this Writ Petition, which is accordingly closed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P. is closed.
