This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 2 to 4 to consider the Representation of the petitioner dated 12/12/2022 in light of the Revenue standing orders and consequently to cancel the patta granted to the 5th respondent under patta No.137 in respect of S.No.31 / 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the Representation of the petitioner dated 12/12/2022 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 2/4
