Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned Principal District Court at Chengalpattu to dispose the pending E.P at on early date. For Petitioner : Mrs. V.J. Latha 1/4

ORDER

This petition is filed to issue a direction to the learned Principal District Court at Chengalpattu to dispose the pending E.P at on early date.

2. The facts of the case, is that that the petitioner herein who is a Decree holder filed a suit in the above O.S against the respondentsJudgment Debtor seeking for relief of declaration and delivery of vacant possession and the same was decreed by the Court on 02.03.2010 in favour of the petitioner-plaintiff-decree holder. However, according to the petitioner Judgment Debtor have not come forward to delivery the vacant possession of the suit scheduled property to the petitioner-Decree Holder. Hence the petitioner has filed E.P.No.102 of 2016 and the same is pending. Hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner came out successful in the suit and decree was also passed for delivery of possession , but he was not able to execute the same. Hence 2/4

prays this Court, to issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the above E.P. as early as possible.

4. In view of the above, the learned learned Principal District Court at Chengalpattu is directed to dispose of the E.P.No.102 of 2016 in O.S.No.493 of 2008 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
