respondents in connection with the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in C.No.B2/8810485/2024 dated 27.05.2025 which is enclosing with the enquiry officer's report submitted by the 3rd respondent in PR No.20/2024 u/r 3(b) dated 13.05.2025 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to appoint another enquiry officer to conduct the oral enquiry in respect of disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner in PR No.20/2024 dated 30.12.2024 and to conduct the oral enquiry in consonance with principles of natural justice.

This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in C.No.B2/8810485/2024 dated 27.05.2025 which is enclosing with the enquiry officer's report submitted by the 3rd respondent in PR No.20/2024 u/r 3(b) dated 13.05.2025 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to appoint another enquiry officer to conduct the oral enquiry in respect of disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner in PR No.20/2024 dated 30.12.2024 and to conduct the oral enquiry
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that not withstanding their objection they are willing to appoint fresh enquiry officer.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in C.No.B2/8810485/2024 dated 27.05.2025 is ordered to be quashed and the respondents are directed to appoint fresh enquiry officer within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and directed to proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate for the enquiry.
