The suit is filed for probating of Will. The trial has commenced and the plaintiff intends to examine the scribe of the Will. 2.This Court is informed that the scribe is an Advocate from Mumbai that she has come over to tender evidence. The plaintiff wanted to mark few documents. He informs the Court that the learned Master did not permit him to mark those documents and wanted permission of this Court. 3.The plaintiff is therefore hereby permitted to mark any documents of which he required to be marked subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility except any document that is objected on grounds of insufficient stamps. A.No.3468 of 2021 in T.O.S.No.35 of 2018 kas 4.Since the witness travels from Mumbai and since these are rainy days, this Court chooses to post the matter before the learned Additional Master No.4 on 08.12.2021, who is now conducting the trial, and the counsel for the plaintiff is required to approach the learned Master for fixing the date and apply for summons.

5.This application is allowed accordingly.
