O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9330 of 2020 dated 20.07.2020. 2.

Considering the scope of the order passed by this Court, this Court does not find any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Ultimately, there is a dispute pending between the petitioner and one other claimant namely Devarajan and the authorities will have to decide in whose name the permit will be transferred. Insofar as that is concerned, this Court had already passed an order in WP No.18324 of 2020 dated 12.12.2020. The authority shall conduct the enquiry and take an appropriate decision in accordance with the order passed in the said writ petition.

In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed.
