2. A perusal of the plaint intended to be filed shows that part of the cause of action for the suit arose at T.Nagar at Chennai where the defendant Company is having its registered Office and according to the plaintiff where the suit transactions were entered into and according to the plaintiff the defendant placed purchase Orders, under various invoices and the plaintiff effected supplies from their units.

3. Since, part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court, leave is sought. Leave is granted.

4. This Application is allowed.
