Order (Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) This is a petition seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed under order dated 27.11.2025, wherein, along with condition relating to execution of bond, the convict has been directed to appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) states that the convict has been appearing regularly as directed and has complied with the conditions thus far.
3. In light of the aforesaid, condition in S.No.(iii) imposed on 27.11.2025 is modified to read as follows:
(iii) The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
4. Barring the aforesaid modification, order dated 27.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.9984 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.291 of 2024 stands unaltered.
