Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant patta in the name of the petitioner for the property to an extent of 0.02.3/4 cents of Old Survey No.242/3, New Survey No.242/3B of Timiri Village, Arcot Taluk, Ranipet District as acknowledged in Ref.No.2019/0105/04/177378 dated 07.10.2020 in a time bound period .

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 7.10.2020 and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent has fixed the date for enquiry on 17.12.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from thedate of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
