This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 06.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15439 of 2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, Nagercoil Police Station, Nagercoil daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period two weeks and thereafter report the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.
