This Civil Suit is filed under Order IV Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C, 1908, prayed for a judgment and decree against the Defendants:- a).Directing the defendants 1 to 3 jointly and severally to pay to the plaintiff a sum of Rs.3,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crores Only) towards the plaintiff's money wrongfully taken by the defendants 1 to 3 together with interest thereon at 18% per annum to the said amount from the date of plaint to till date of realization; b).To pay the cost of the suit.

JUDGMENT

A report had been received from the Mediation and Conciliation Cell dated 21.11.2022, in which it had been stated that the issues had been settled between the plaintiff and the defendants. The Settlement Agreement has also been enclosed along with the report. It has also been signed by the necessary parties. 2/4

2.In view of this particular fact, the Suit is dismissed as settled out of Court in accordance with the Settlement Agreement dated 18.11.2022. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Original Application is closed. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. The plaintiff is entitled for refund of Court fee in accordance with the rules.
