This application has been filed to permit the 1st petitioner herein to give common evidence in O.P.Nos.1072, 1073 and 1075 of 2019 pending on the file of High Court, Madras through Video Conferencing and consequently dispense with the physical appearance of the 1st petitioner herein before this Court.

2. Having regard to the nature of the plaint and the 1st applicant/petitioner is residing at Bombay, he is permitted to give common evidence in the above O.P.Nos.1072, 1073 and 1075 of 2019 pending on the file of High Court, Madras through Video Conferencing according to the Rules notified by the Court and the 1st applicant/petitioner shall give particulars before the learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Bombay where the facility is available. Learned Principal Judge is requested to nominate any other Officer to over see the proceedings. Copy of the Video Conferencing Rules also to be given to learned Principal Judge.

3. Post the matter on 04.01.2021.
