CMP No.14983 of 2019 has been filed to declare the respondent viz., Jayaseelan (Minor) as major. CMP No.14986 of 2019 has been filed to discharge Mohanasundaram, natural guardian and next friend of the respondent from guardianship and permit the respondent to represent in his individual capacity.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing the aforesaid two petitions.

4. Accordingly, CMP Nos.14983 and 14986 of 2019 are allowed, as prayed for. Registry is directed to remove the caption "for dismissal" and list the CRP for final hearing on 30.07.2019, after carrying out the necessary amendments.
