ORDER

The petitioner/accused who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420, 419 r/w Section 34 of IPC, in Crime No.441 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch-I, Job Racket Wing, Greater Chennai Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and thereafter, the same was taken on file in C.C.No.24 of 2021 before the Special Court for MLA and MP's Cases. Summon was served to the petitioner by directing him to appear before the Trial Court on 15.07.2021.

3. In view of the issuance of summons, the petitioner apprehension of his arrest now does not exist. On 15.07.2021, on his appearance he would execute necessary bond under Section 88 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
