A.No.2660 of 2025 in T.O.S No.23 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J This application has been filed to issue summons to one of the attestors of the Will dated 26.08.2010, C.Thirugnanam, Son of S.Chidambaram residing at No.2, Vandiamman Koil Street, Padikuppam, Nerkundram, Chenai-600 107.

2. To prove the Will, it is mandatory that the attestor to the Will is also examined as witness. For that purpose, this application has been filed to issue summons to tender evidence.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent/defendant would submit that they should be given ample opportunity to cross examine the witness.

4. Taking all the factors into consideration, this application stands allowed.

5. Summons to be issued for the hearing date on 30.07.2025. 6.The witness to appear before the learned Additional Master No.III on 30.07.2025.

7. List the TOS after the evidence is recorded by the learned Additional Master No.III, before this Court.
