This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.321 of 2012 and to file final report.

2.Heard Mr.A.Ilayaperumal learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigations has been completed, but the final report has not been filed because the Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted stay of all further proceedings before the Special Magistrate for Anti-land grabbing cases.

4. Under said circumstances, this court directs the respondent to file the Final Report before the Metropolitan Magistrate, [For Exclusive trial of CCB cases,(relating to cheating cases in Chennai)], Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai, within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on the Final Report being filed, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate is directed to take the same on file and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
