CR. NO.1541/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14412 of 2021 dated 16.08.2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 16.08.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.SIde) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, though the petitioner is complying with the conditions, since there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner, At this time, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to.
