This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 7[b] imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10232 of 2023 vide order dated 19.09.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and the investigation in this case is almost completed.

3. Recording the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that, the petitioner, except on the court hearing dates, shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am., for a period of three months.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
