O R D E R
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of condition No.7(vi) imposed by this Court vide order dated 19.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.17809 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.645 of 2025.
2. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 19.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.17809 of 2025, subject to certain conditions. One of the conditions imposed was that the petitioner / Accused No.1 shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., and also, appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 22.11.2025 by appearing before the respondent police every Saturday for more than 27 weeks and before the learned trial Court for more than six months. It is further submitted that, since the petitioner is employed as a daily wage worker, he is facing difficulty in complying with the condition regularly. Hence, the learned counsel seeks relaxation of the condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.
5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent police.

Taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed vide order dated 19.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.17809 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.645 of 2025. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner / Accused No.1 shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., and also appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of Criminal Appeal" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., and also appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of Criminal Appeal." 3/5
7. All the other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
