The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondents police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 403 420 of IPC, in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, petitioner is working under one M/s.Hella Infra Market Retail Private Limited. He was slapped with a show cause notice, alleging the following irregularities, (i) Material diversion to third parties.

(ii) Proof of delivery and balance confirmation were not obtained from the vendors/supplier.

(iii) Failure to do the reconciliation of material movement from the vendors to the customer and visits the vendors/customers for confirmation.

2.1. He further submitted that, the complainant M/s.Hella Infra Market Retail Private Limited gave a complaint against the petitioner. On the basis of the complaint, Srinagar Police Station issued a notice for the appearance of the petitioner for enquiry on 15.07.2023. Apprehending arrest, this petition is filed.

3. Considered the submissions and perused the records.

When the matter is taken up, there is no material produced before this Court, like complaint alleged to have been given by M/s.Hella Infra Market Retail Private Limited or whether any first information report is registered. However, considering the allegations made in the show cause notice and notice requiring petitioner for enquiry, this Court is inclined to grant interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.1. This Court grants inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of two weeks from from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, to enable him to move to the concerned Court. During

that period, respondents are directed not to precipitate the matter by arresting the petitioner. Thus, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 4.2. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of two weeks, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee Court, Chennai within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within two weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioner shall approach the competent Court and seek appropriate relief. 14.07.2023 gd
