This petition has been filed to pass an order or direction directing the first respondent for transferring the investigation of the case in Crime No.68 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police to some other investigation agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after the registration of FIR in Crime No.68 of 2020, the second respondent conducted a detailed investigation and closed

as mistake of fact on 14.03.2020. In fact, the petitioner was served with referred Charge Sheet notice. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
