The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the entire records in Crime No.364 of 2011 under Section 5 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vellore North Police Station, Vellore District and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.364 of 2011, investigation was completed and charge sheet was made ready.
