Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the 8th respondent from conducting parallel court [Kangaroo Court], in the matter of civil dispute which arose between the petitioner and the 9th respondent.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to forbear the 8th respondent from conducting parallel court [Kangaroo Court], in the matter of civil dispute which arose between the petitioner and the 9th respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 7.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted, on instructions, that on the complaint lodged by the 9th respondent based on the representation dated 29.12.2017 and the respondent police registered in C.S.R.No.624 of 2017 and another FIR No.658 of 2017 registered in other proceedings are also initiated in respect of the property dispute between the petitioner and the 9th respondent and thereafter, enquiry was conducted and closed. Therefore, the petitioner sought for prayer in this petition cannot be considered now.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
