This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the dismissal of the petition seeking for interim custody/return of vehicle.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner earlier had approached this Court seeking return of property in Crl.R.C.No.485 of 2021 and this Court by order dated 18.08.2021, had dismissed the application. Subsequently, the petitioner had filed the Crl.M.P.No.1468 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate once again and the learned Judge finding that the earlier petition had been dismissed on 18.08.2021, had dismissed n g https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same. He would further submit that there is no change of circumstances. Further, he would submit that the proceedings have been initiated by the respondent for confiscation.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision petition stands dismissed. The respondent shall conclude the confiscation proceedings at the earliest preferably within a period of six weeks.
