CRIME NO. 849 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting daily at 10.30 AM before the respondent Police imposed upon by this Hon`ble Court by and order made in Crl.O.P.No 13087 of 2021 dated 05.08.2021. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 05.08.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail and the case is under investigation.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 05.08.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing charge sheet and thereafter as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
