This application is filed to condone the delay of 789 days in filing the Written Statement on behalf of 1st to 3rd and 5th applicants/defendants.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submits that he has no objection for condoning the delay.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application. The delay of 789 days stands condoned. The Written Statement filed by the 1st to 3rd and 5th defendants is taken on record. Accordingly, the application stands ordered.
