This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 13.03.2023 passed by the second respondent and for a consequential direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's loan application No.PMEGP-DITN226976-11160171 dated 12.10.2022 under the scheme of Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme and sanction the loan.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a loan application before the second respondent under the scheme of Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme,

but, it was rejected for not producing certain materials vide impugned order dated 13.03.2023 by the second respondent. However, the learned counsel submits that it would suffice, if this Court permits the petitioner to make a fresh application before the second respondent along with the materials in support of his claim.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

4. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without interfering with the impugned order dated 13.03.2023, permits the petitioner to make a fresh application before the second respondent along with the requirements as sought for by the second respondent and on receipt of the application, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
