This petition has been filed to modify the condition Para 6(a) of the order dated 11.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.13398 of 2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered to the effect that the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of Cr.No.248 of 2024 before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
