ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2020 to register the petitioner's date of birth as 15.11.1951 in the register maintained by the third respondent and issue a correct date of birth certificate showing the petitioner's date of birth as 15.11.1951.

2. Heard Mr.A.P.Suryaprakasam, the petitioner party in person, Mr.V.Shanmuga sundar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.P.Manoj Kumar, learned standing counsel for the third respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the third respondent on instructions would submit that final order dated 12.01.2021 has been passed based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2020 subsequent to the filing of this writ petition whereby the third respondent has rejected the petitioner's request seeking for correction in the petitioner's birth certificate.

4. In view of passing of final orders, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and sought for a liberty to challenge the final order dated 12.01.2021 passed by the third respondent.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 12.01.2021 passed by the third respondent in accordance with law. No costs.
