Crl.M.P.No.12394 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11897 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7226 of 2022 dated 13.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11897 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer twice in a month i.e on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

However, investigation is not yet completed and therefore, the presence of the petitioner is required.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7226 of 2022 dated 13.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11897 of 2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
