The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 45 days in preferring this Criminal Appeal in S.C.No.43 of 2019 on the file of the Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act 2012, Vellore, Vellore District.

Mrs.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
