ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest under Sections 292 and 67A of Information Technology Act on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no case has been registered against the petitioner in the respondent police station, the apprehension raised by the petitioner is therefore unfounded. This Court is of the view that the relief sought for in the petition at this juncture need not be considered.
