C.R.P. No.2176 of 2021 arises as against the order of dismissal n I.A. No.1124 of 2017, which was filed to implead certain parties and C.R.P. No.2954 of 2022 was filed as against the order of dismissal to transfer the main suit.

2. Today, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that pending the civil revision petitions, the main suit itself, namely O.S. No.1084 of 2004 was disposed of by the learned Additional District Munsif, Tiruppur on 19.11.2024. The learned counsel has also produced a copy of the judgment. As the suit itself has come to an end, no further adjudication is required in these civil revision petitions.
