ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the father of the detenue, namely S.Yuvashree D/o Sridhar, aged 19 years. This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

produce the petitioner's daughter namely S.Yuvashree, aged about 19 years before this Court from the custody of the third respondent and set her at liberty.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the third respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The detenue is present and she is a major. She has informed us that she is not in illegal custody of the anybody much less the third respondent. She does not want to be with the petitioner.

Thus, we find that there is no illegal detention and the detenue is set at liberty.

In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to close the complaint. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not cause any disturbance either to the detenue or to the third respondent.

6. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
