This petition has been filed to Relax the Condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further order in Crl.OP.10263/2023 by an order dated 05.05.2023 in Crime No.32/2023 on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
