This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that as the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram, on all working days at 10.30 am, until further orders, the petitioner after coming out on bail, shall file an affidavit of undertaking to that effect that he will co-operate for the speedy disposal of the trial in Crl.O.P.No.11596 of 2023 by an order dated on 18.05.2023 in S.C.No.94 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that final report is filed in S.C.No.94 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram. 3.Considering the said submission, having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on the date of hearings without fail. 26.07.2023 ep https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
