2. Heard Mr.R.Uma Shankar, learned counsel for the applicant. There is no appearance for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the fact that due to pandemic, the matter could not be proceeded with further, this Court is inclined to extend the time for concluding the Arbitration proceedings.
