ORDER

The present Contempt Petition is filed for willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 20.01.2020, passed in W.P.No.34750 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondent, made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34750 of 2019 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner was appointed.

3. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in respect of the Contempt Petition and consequently, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
