CMP.No.14966 of 2023 in CRP.SR.No.86606 of 2023 P.B.BALAJI, J.

The delay of 144 days in preferring the Civil Revision Petition is sought to be condoned in respect of respondents 1 and 3 to 5. Paper publication has been effected in one issue of the Tamil daily "Malai Malar", which has circulation in Erode District.

2.The said respondents are called absent and set ex parte. Their names have also been printed in the cause list today.

3.The second respondent has already been served and has entered appearance through counsel. However, till date, no counter-affidavit has been filed.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the delay and being satisfied with the same, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
