2. This Writ Petition was disposed on 29.09.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some typographical mistakes in the order as the address of the third respondent has been wrongly typed as "3.The District Educational Officer, Natrampalli Block, Tirupathur District" instead of "3. The District Educational Officer, Vaniyambadi Education District, Vaniyambadi, Tirpathur District.", as well as, the date in third line, in the first paragraph of the order has been wrongly typed as "01.06.2009" instead of "31.03.2009".
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents confirms the same and submits that the typographical mistakes may be corrected.

The Petitioner sent a representation dated 14.09.2015 to the third Respondent through proper channel for approving his appointment with effect from 01.06.2009. It is the case of the Petitioner that on account of this the Petitioner may loose the benefits of pay fixation and his seniority. Under these circumstances, the Petitioner has sent a representation dated 14.09.2015 to the third Respondent which is not evoked with any response.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed by directing the third Respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 14.09.2015 and pass an appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
