This Writ Petition has been filed a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to sanction family pension to the petitioner and continue to pay family pension from 01.12.2017 with all consequential benefits.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that by an order dated 26.11.2019, family pension was sanctioned in favour of the petitioner.
