2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though notice has been served to the second respondent and name has also been printed in the cause list, none has entered appearance.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioners and on being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition seeking restoration of Crl.O.P.No.34063 of 2019 is allowed.
