ORDER
Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the second and third respondents. 2.Although the petitioner has sought for a wider relief to forbear the respondents from shifting the TASMAC shop bearing No.8919 situated at No.40, Pangumedu, Chinnamathur, Chennai - 68, the writ petition appears to be filed on an apprehension that the shop run by the petitioner at the above address will be eventually shifted out as the petitioner was not a successful bidder in the auction conducted by TASMAC.

3.This writ petition is pre-mature as the petitioner has already given a representation dated 19.06.2023 which is yet to be disposed of by the respondent.
4.Considering the above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent to maintain status quo till the disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2023. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
